Ancak bir bina i\u00e7inde yer alan daire, ofis veya ticari ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm sat\u0131n almak uygulamada yayg\u0131n ve hukuken m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1721\">Bu nedenle Azerbaycan\u2019da ev almak isteyen yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle m\u00fclk\u00fcn t\u00fcr\u00fcne, belgelerinin durumuna ve sat\u0131\u015f yap\u0131s\u0131na dikkat etmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"11l84x2\" data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1775\">Azerbaycan\u2019da Gayrimenkul Al\u0131rken Ba\u015fl\u0131ca Riskler<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"2017\">Gayrimenkul i\u015flemlerinde en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen sorunlardan biri, al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fclk\u00fcn hukuki durumunu tam incelemeden \u00f6deme yapmas\u0131 ya da s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalamas\u0131d\u0131r.
